How it all began:

In 1999, Jenny joined the management team at Outback Steakhouse at its Cherry Hill location where she led several new initiatives which included a sales-based employee performance and customer experience metrics platform. In 2002, Jenny created and relaunched its corporate employee training program which she named the Talk-A-Bout (employee training and incentive program) and the Walk-A-Bout (table based customer experience program) which she rolled out and replicated throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Not long after, it became the model for OSI’s international training program for which Jenny received the highest recognition for employee and customer satisfaction awarded by DeCotis Erhard in 2004.

From there Jenny joined Elauwit, Publisher of the Sun Newspaper group as a marketing consultant for its first publication Haddonfield Sun. She quickly launched its second publication the Moorestown Sun, helped lead the company’s expansion which included  8 more weekly community news products, its business news monthly Biz Trends in just two years adding Elauwit to the Inc. 5,000 list making it one of the fastest-growing media companies in the nation.

In 2007, Jenny went out on her own and launched SNJ Business People, as a monthly business to business print publication dedicated to highlighting the movers and shakers in South Jersey, their contributions to the community, economic development and their dedication to making South Jersey the best place to live, work and raise a family. In 2018, Jenny and her husband Dennis, formally launched their consulting company MIH Enterprises, LLC (short for make it happen).  As CEO, Dennis handles all financial, operational, IT, and management of the company while Jenny manages the business development, marketing, and consulting side of the business. MIH Enterprises, LLC helps professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs, retired athletes and companies of all sizes, both for profit and non-profit, "reach their goals in the shortest amount of time while expending the least amount of energy and resources possible." using the words of their clients.
